Meetings are held twice monthly during the day and evening.  Those challenged with these Mood Disorders, their family members, and support caregivers are all welcome.  We offer a safe and respectful environment for attendees to talk about their unique situation, while offering hope, guidance and direction.  Guest speakers are featured, and free literature is available on topics about Mood Disorders.  We also offer workshops, symposiums and clinical group therapy.  There is no charge for membership or attendance.  Come find help and hope among us.
