Wellness Recovery Action Plan
The program is once a week for 8 weeks, guided by accredited facilitators, that empowers participants to create their own plan for recovery, using the principles of hope, personal responsibility, education, self-advocacy and support. The results have led to recovery and long term stability.
3 1/2hr. workshop that prepares helpers to identify person with thoughts of suicide and connect them to resources and help.
